TANA: Trakehner Association of North America registration is open to Trakehner horses in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Both sire and dam must be registered when registering a foal.​

Only registered horses can be considered for inspection.

​

Once a registered horse is inspected and approved, updated registration papers are issued denoting the horse's inspection scores and a new number.
